Donations
Little Sparrow Ministries is able to offer prayer ministry only through the generous donations of those who receive ministry and other faithful supporters.
We are a Christian (501 (c) (3) non-profit organization serving across denominational boundaries. We do not receive federal funding; and because we are not a church, we do not receive denominational church support. All donations are tax-deductible.
By being obedient to God, you will enable us to continue the work he has called us to do.
Insurance
Because Little Sparrow Ministries provides Christian ministry based upon Scripture and prayer to our Heavenly Father, we are not aware of any insurance company who will cover payment for our services. No one on staff is licensed by the state or is a clinical psychologist or psychiatrist.
Release Form and Questionnaire
Individuals who seek individual deliverance will be required to sign a personal release form and complete a questionnaire. Please contact us for a release form and questionnaire via email.
